- First arbit release!

  This is the first release of arbit - in version 0.0.722-dev. Read further
  for details...

- Tracker set up

  To support the ongoing development, eat our own dog food and test the
  current code stage we set up an instance of arbit for arbit itself to
  maintain issues and documentation.
