Arbit - next generation project tracking

Issue tracker set up

To support the ongoing development, eat our own dog food and test the current code stage we set up an instance of arbit for arbit itself to maintain issues and documentation. The instance is available at http://tracker.arbitracker.org.

The recently added roadmap feature shows the current state of development regarding the first planned snapshot release which we hope to publish really soon now. For the relaese it is required to be checked, if arbit runs under the dfferent common environments and maybe waiting for some more current releases of CouchDB and PHP 5.3.
